• California’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal-OSHA) has accepted a petition to convene a panel of Smoke Safety experts later this year

 

• Colorado’s Surgical Smoke Safety Bill (HB19-1041) was approved in a Senate Committee Hearing earlier this month (March, 2019)
